(4) Team Managers

Responsibilities:

  • Attend Transplant Games of America team manager meetings

  • Plan events, projects and programs with assistance from Team Ohio members for the purpose of recruiting, informing and organizing Team Ohio members

  • Serve as a liaison to other organizations (TRIO, MOTTEP, Donate Life, Transplant Centers, Organ Procurement Organizations) on behalf of Team Ohio

  • Answer questions from individuals/organizations about Team Ohio and the Transplant Games of America as appropriate, including media obligations

  • Provide reports to the Team Ohio Board of Directors as requested

  • Attend Team Ohio Board of Directors meetings (at least 3/4)

  • Help organize regional fundraisers to build organization funds

  • Schedule/Organize regional team building events for team members

  • During the Transplant Games of America: 

    • Organize team in regards to any Team Ohio functions at the games

    • Provide communication to team members regarding any and all events at the games

    • Coordinate with other team (Ohio) managers in regards to communication and organization with team members before, during, and after the games.

Living Donor Liaison

Responsibilities:

  • Serves as the liaison between Team Ohio and all organizations involving living donors, including but not limited to: area transplant centers and any other living donor associated organizations in Ohio

  • Serve as the liaison between Team Ohio and all living donors, offering support and knowledge, as appropriate

  • Recruitment of new team members living throughout the state of Ohio within these constituent groups.
